Terms & Conditions:
1. Room rates quoted are inclusive of government tax and exclusive of breakfast.
2. Check-out time is at 12noon; Check-in time is at 3pm.
3. Request for early Check-in (earlier than 3pm) is subject to room availability. In case the room is available, an early check-in fee of Php500 will be added to the room rate for checking-in between 6am to 9am.
4. Additional half rate will be charge for stay until 5pm and Full Rate will be charge for extension past 5pm. However, rooms will be subject for availability for late check-out.
5. All rooms are good for 2 persons except for our Family Suite and Superior Quad which can accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids.
6. Extra person(s) must be registered upon check-in with a fee of Php750 per person per night (without breakfast). Should you wish to add extra bed to each room, a fee of Php750 per person per night (without breakfast) for the extra mattress. A fee shall be charge for extra person(s) staying in the room past 10pm.
7. In the event of No show, the guest / company shall shoulder the No show fee equivalent to the total night accommodation.
8. We are a non-smoking hotel. Guests who will smoke/vape within the hotel premise and/or hotel room shall be charged a smoking fee of Php1500/ per room.
9. A Key card will be issued to each room upon check-in at the front desk and must be surrendered by guest upon check-out. In case of lost/ broken key card / unsurrender key card, a penalty of Php300.00 / per key will be charged.
10. Outside food / meal is not allowed to be consumed or brought inside the hotel. Food corkage will be charged to the guest accordingly. Crew meals and rice topping is also available at the hotel restaurant.
11. A deposit of Php1500/ per room will be requested from guest upon check-in. This will serve as a security deposit to cover any incidentals. In case the security deposit will not be consumed by guest during their stay, this will be returned upon check-out by the front desk.
12. A video coverage fee of Php3,000 will be charged for guest conducting photoshoots within the hotel premises. Video Coverage includes room of guest and public areas of the hotel such as (outside of the Cafe Feliz, Staircase, and hotel lobby).
13. STRICTLY NO RE-ARRANGING OF HOTEL DISPLAYS, FIGURINES, FURNITURES , SCULPTURES, ARTWORK, AMENITIES LOCATED BOTH INSIDE OF THE ROOMS AND PUBLIC AREAS OF THE HOTEL. Any damage and / or lost on hotel property, a corresponding penalty will be posted accordingly.
14. As part of the hotel policy, our room attendants will automatically clean your room everyday. Please do not forget to hang the do not disturb sign outside your room in case you do not wish to make-up your room for the day.
15. A minibar is provided inside the room for our guest convenience. Items will be considered consumed when opened and will be charged accordingly.
16. A safety deposit box is provided in all Studio , Premier, Family suite, Superior , Signature Suite rooms for guest use. Kindly secure your valuables during your stay.
17. The hotel shall not be responsible in coordinating with your event suppliers particularly for events with reception outside Lenox Hotel.
18. Any stains, damages, breakages and/or lost of hotel items such as towels, linens, amenities, hangers, trays, kettle, cup and saucer , glass, teaspoon, room directory, table lamp, and other furnitures & fixtures will be charge accordingly.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations made 7 calendar days prior to Check-in will be charged total equivalent to the first night’s stay.
2. Cancellations made 3 calendar days prior to Check-in or in the event of a No-show, a FULL forfeiture of the deposit shall automatically be in effect
3. For bookings made 24 hours or less, a FULL forfeiture of deposit shall automatically be in effect. Credit card shall be charged in case
credit card authorization has been made for guarantee
4. Deposits can also be applied to re-booked reservations. Rooms will be subject to availability on the requested new date. Please be informed that the room accommodation and other charges shall be paid in on cash or credit card. To guarantee your booking, you may pay through the following options:
